Upcoming Events:
 Project for March 2012 is a Needlelace Star2012 March 17:  The class after the meeting will be "Needlelace Star" with Janice Blair.  Instructions will be emailed in February to enable you to make your base.  Needle, thread, tools and the base is all that is required.

 2012 April 21:   BYONP (Bring your own new project) using hints from the February presentation.  Choose a project and set up as much as you can to work on your project. 
 
This is also the date of the Deadline for Lace Contest Entry. The Spring Newsletter will be available at this meeting..

I.O.L.I. News: 
- Kathleen Cantwell asks that all members continue to collect their volunteer hours.  Forms are on the Member page.
- I.O.L.I. 2012 Convention is in St. Paul, MN.  Visit I.O.L.I. website for more information.

L.A.C.E. Contest: Jane O'Connor will officiate the 2012 Lace Contest sponsored by the L.A.C.E. Newsletter editors.  See the Member Page for more information.

L.A.C.E. Library news:  Nancy J. plans to have the library available at the January, February and March Meetings.  The library will not be available in April but the Assistants will be happy to accept books if you are turning them in.
